Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were stunning, offering a beautiful view over the gardens. However, Room 16 was tiny and lacked space for toiletries, though we made do with the lounge area. The service was top-notch, with the staff working tirelessly even in the heat, and they even surprised my husband with a birthday card. The location was perfect for us, surrounded by woodland and in a quiet area. The dining experience was a mix of high quality food but with some issues like frozen eggs. Overall, I loved the hotel but noticed some areas for improvement.
The hotel provided a pleasant stay, with spacious rooms overlooking the carpark, a lovely haven away from the hustle and bustle. Despite being next to the disco, the room was much larger than expected, offering a cozy retreat. The location just outside Leeds with ample parking was convenient, though some staff interactions could have been more pleasant.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with lovely rooms and great service, but some dining issues. The location is excellent with convenient proximity to key attractions and no parking fees.
